Summer salads

It’s our 5th day in West Cape May and for dinner today we had a Tabouli Salad (Lebanese summer salad), black bean and corn salad with grilled kielbasa. The tabouli salad includes parsley, mint, bulger (cracked wheat), scallions, with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers. Sprinkled with oil and lemon juice dressing. The black bean corn salad’s got roasted corn, black beans, carrots, cilantro, scallions, diced tomatoes, with oil and lime juice dressing. They were both cold salads definitely perfect for the summer time.
