Scallion Pancakes
Right after the No.8 Ramen we decided to get some more food because we don't stop eating in this country. These are one of my favorite things to eat. They are scallion pancakes, not like the Chinese food, this is Thai style. They deep fry the doughy thing on the outside and they stuff them with scallions inside. These are so good with some spicy soy sauce dip.
