So I've been seeing these 'Grilled Eggs' thing everywhere.. and I'm just not sure why people who haven't tried them would ever want to. They don't even look delicious, they're just eggs WITH SHELLS.. sitting on charcoal grill. If there's still shells on them, how do you even know they are cooked?!
I've asked many people about this and apparently these eggs are flavored on the inside. No one knows how it's done but they somehow inject this 'intense flavor' inside and grill the eggs and then put them on sticks. I know... they look shady right?!

hhmm soaking the egg in vinegar softens the shell and then you can just about put anything in, it's how magicians get stuff into eggs for their shows :p once the egg dries the shell becomes hard again.
