SugarAroma

White Chocolate Cheesecake from Sugar Aroma did me good during snack time at work.
It came in a box like this....

For those who don't like anything too rich or heavy, this would be perfect!

Torajiro

There's a few good chained authentic Japanese restaurants in Thailand. Torajiro is one of them. They specialize in yakitori (chargrilled chicken) or all things chargrilled.
Yakitori

Chargrilled Onigiri (rice ball) stuffed with cooked salmon.
This gets a bit much. It's pretty heavy.

Rice with squid and Natto (fermented beans)
I hate the fermented beans.

Ikura with salmon over rice. This was extremely fattening and delicious.

Green Curry

Thai pasta is usually served with curry or some really spicy sauce. This one is Green Curry, it's sweet and very coconutty.. It's good though.

Okonomiyaki

My mom taught me to make some Okonomiyaki, I think people call it Japanese Pizza or something. This was super easy to make and super delicious :D

cabbage, tempura bits, potato gelatins, shrimp, and some squid.
...and some chives....
Adding sauce + fish flakes at the end and it's ready!

Charity Project

After going to a temple to give away all the goodies to the charity we stopped by this restaurant in LumLook-ka area. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of the restaurant but this was their best dish!
Limed Squid. Everything about it was SO delicious!
It's sour, sweet, salty, and spicy!

Lanna House

Soft Cakes at Lanna House in Srinakarin.
These are surprisingly good. I'm not normally into soft cakes but these were extremely light and fluffy on the inside. The frosting wasn't too sweet or heavy.
White Chocolate Soft Cake

Chocolate Soft Cake.

Ayuttaya

Going to Ayuttaya was like going to see an old town. Everything felt like they were about to come apart. Beautiful ruins though. Unfortunately, the food weren't as good as they looked.
Shrimp with mushrooms. Tasted okay... just okay, nothing more.

Everything was ridiculously delicious and under priced!
Jelly Fish Salad
Chicken Salad with Orange Sauce
Fish Cakes
Steamed Mussels
Lad-Na (This was the best one I've ever had)
Oyster something.. this dish is extremely hard to make. This was the best one ever!

Maru

I was looking for a good Japanese restaurant in Thonglor and I ended up here because the traffic was so bad my car wouldn't move. As soon as I ordered hot tea, the waitresses gave me the menu. Everything on the menu was seriously ฿3,000 and some were ฿8,000 pretty serious for a casual dinner.
Sashimi Salad - this was delicious.

Fried Eel Bones- this was way too hard and not that interesting (I couldn't get pictures).
Everything else tasted amazing too bad the prices were over the top.

Cheesecake House (again and again)

I think I'm in love with this place or something. Or maybe Ekkamai is so close to my work I just go here because it's easy.
Tom Yum Noodles
Noodles stir-fried with curry powder.
Double Chocolate cake for dessert. This was good but not as good as all their cheesecakes.

My my... when will my diet start... *sigh

Cook Chom

This was the most ridiculous restaurant I've ever been to. This is located on the Pier Tae-wate
This restaurant had thousands of people waiting outside. It's a little place with about 6 tables, plastic table cloth, not air-conditioned, flies flying around, crowded.. basically it looks like a slum. I waited 3 hours to eat the following.
Steak with Chef's sauce.
Chicken Steak
Baked Spinach with cheese
Baked Scallops with cheese.
Spicy spaghetti with shrimp.
Spaghetti with cream sauce.

Everything was extremely tasty!! and everything was sooo under priced! AMAZING food and totally worth the wait!
The view from the pier.
The amazing kitchen. I know right..

The Balcony

There's this really cute coffee shop located in Sukapibal 3 in Summarkorn development that I'm in love with. Nothing crazy, just a cozy little coffee shop with friendly waitresses and owners.
Fried wontons stuffed with cheese and ham. Served with sweet dipping sauce.

Coco green tea latte.

Ootoya

This is the one place I really enjoy the authentic Japanese Food.

For appetizer- Karage Salad with amazing salad dressing.

Rice with chargrilled chicken topping with eggs.

Kimchee Soup

For dessert- Frozen tofu. Frozen tofu with ice cream floating on jelly plum wine and mochi pieces on the bottom of the cup. This was to die for.
