I found this place from the Food of Life magazine. It's a part of this little hotel on Ekkamai Rd. Decent price for super tasty dishes!

Went to Vanilla Garden again for a dinner with a good friend of mine. This time I made myself order things I haven't tried there.

Butter Beef

There's a place near my home on Nawamin Rd. that serves the best butter beef.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is really bad, the seating is bad, almost everything about this place is really bad except for the food. The food is so good it's worth it!

Please ignore the ugly containers. We ordered to go since we wanted to avoid sitting at the restaurant.

Hanako Kubpo

For some reason I can't find much information about this restaurant on the internet. I think it's like a secret restaurant or something. My first thought when I got there was how much it looked like a cover restaurant for yakuza's. It's a bit pricy but it's really worth the price.

Okonomiyaki aka Japanese Pizza, I think this is the best I've ever had.

Salmon sushi with Kombu(seaweed) on top.

Wakame Salad.

Green tea cold noodles. Their noodles were so good.

Green tea ices with azuki red beans and mochis on the bottom. This was deeeeelish!!!

Green tea ice cream. This was super creamy.

At MK restaurant there's this dish that I really like and it doesn't involve the hotpot.

Grilled duck and green noodles. I'm normally not a duck person but they make it sooo good i can't resist!

Cheesecake House

I took my friend here while she was visiting BKK.

Mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and scallion dumplings.

These were good but after a few of them, they just get too much,

Black peppered grilled salmon with noodles. I have no idea why the salmon was so dark but it was pink inside though. Tasted good.

Padthai - they over cooked the noodles so they all melted and stuck together. Not so good.

Yuu

Yuu is a Japanese chain restaurant that has branches everywhere in BKK. They're known to serve delicious beef. I'm not that big of a beef person but my brothers are. So we went there for dinner one day. It's like a Japanese barbeque place. It's not cheap but I guess it's worth the price.
